Royal Enfield Launches Updated Guerrilla 450: New Color Options and Google Maps Integration; Priced at ₹2.49 Lakh

Royal Enfield has launched the updated model of its popular roadster, the Guerrilla 450, in the Indian market. The new model comes equipped with advanced features such as a 4-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, Google Maps integration, and media controls. The company has also introduced two new color optionsPix Bronze and Smoke Silver—taking the total number of color choices to six.

The Guerrilla 450 is available in three variants—Analog, Dash, and Flash. The price starts at ₹2.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to ₹2.54 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top variant.

Bookings for the new colors have already begun, and deliveries will start from March 10, 2025. In India, the Guerrilla 450 will compete with the Triumph 400, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, and Honda CB300R.

The new Guerrilla 450 is powered by a 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder Sherpa engine that delivers 40 hp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. Royal Enfield has retuned the engine for better low-end torque, ensuring 85% of the torque is available from just 3,000 rpm.

The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch. The bike also features two ride modes—Performance and Eco—for different riding conditions.

According to Royal Enfield, the Guerrilla 450 is a versatile motorcycle designed for handling city traffic, maintaining balance in corners, and riding at high speeds on highways. The front design takes inspiration from the Hunter 350, while the tail section is similar to the Himalayan 450.

Like the Himalayan 450, the Guerrilla 450 is built on a steel tubular frame. It features a retro-style LED round headlamp, LED tail light with integrated indicators, and a single-seat design. The bike comes with an 11-liter fuel tank and rides on alloy wheels.

For better ride comfort, the bike gets a 43mm telescopic front fork with 140mm travel and a rear monoshock suspension with 150mm travel. Braking duties are handled by a 310mm front ventilated disc brake and a 270mm rear disc brake, both equipped with dual-channel ABS. The front wheel is fitted with a 120/70-17 section tire, while the rear wheel has a 160/60-17 section tire.

The top-end variant of the Guerrilla 450 comes with a 4-inch TFT display that supports smartphone connectivity, Google Maps integration, and media controls. The lower-spec models feature a semi-digital instrument console, which can be used with a Tripper navigation pod.Other key features include a USB-C charging port and riding modes to enhance the riding experience.
