Ramlalla Temple Visit Guidelines: Ritual Preparation from 3 AM, Morning Aarti at 4 AM, Daily Darshan Available from 14:00 Hours
After the consecration ceremony in Ayodhya, the worship of Lord Ram in the Ram Mandir is set to commence from January 23rd. A code for the name of Shri Ram has been created for this purpose. According to the rules, preparations for worship and decoration will start from 3 AM every morning. The worship of Ram Lalla will take place at 4 AM. Previously, the Aarti used to happen five times a day, and this tradition will continue in the future.
Offerings and Temple Timings
The General Secretary of the Trust, Champat Rai, announced that fruits and milk will be offered to Ram Lalla every hour. The temple will remain open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. After the consecration ceremony, a large number of devotees can visit the temple for darshan between 2 PM to 3 PM.
Dress Code for Ram Lalla
Ram Lalla will be adorned with white garments on Mondays and special occasions, while yellow garments will be worn on regular days.
Colorful Attire for Each Day
Ram Lalla will wear red on Tuesdays, blue on Wednesdays, yellow or cream on Thursdays, cloudy attire on Saturdays, and pink on Sundays.
Handloom Fabric for the New Idol
For the new child form idol, the Ram Mandir Trust has procured handloom fabrics from the Heritage and Handloom Revival Charitable Trust in Pune. Approximately 10-15 lakh weavers from the country were involved in its production.
Temple Closure and Cleaning Schedule
After 3 PM, darshan will be temporarily closed for cleaning and preparations for worship, followed by the chanting of mantras and aarti around 4:30 PM. The idols will then undergo abhishek and decoration, and the shringar aarti will take place from 4:30 PM to 5 PM.
Morning Darshan and Evening Aarti
Morning darshan will start at 8 AM, and the midday bhog aarti will be around 1 PM. Darshan will be closed for two hours, and Lord Ram will rest. After 3 PM, darshan will resume and continue until 10 PM, with an aarti at 7 PM.
Grand Celebration in Ayodhya
Ayodhya is now vibrant, echoing with devotional songs and celebrations not only across the nation but also internationally, as the consecration ceremony of the new Ram Mandir takes place. Dignitaries such as Mohan Bhagwat, former President Ram Nath Kovind, former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Mukesh and Nita Ambani, Gautam Adani, Amitabh Bachchan, and Rajnikanth attended the event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ayodhya at 10:20 AM on Sunday.
Celebrities’ Visit to Ayodhya
On Sunday night, Superstar Rajnikanth and South film actor Pawan Kalyan also reached Ramnagari. Actress Kangana Ranaut arrived in Ayodhya as well. She participated in the cleaning of the steps at Hanumangarhi Temple on Sunday and also took part in a yagna.
