On April 8th, on the special occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, the producers of ‘Pushpa 2 – The Rule’ released the trailer of the film. 

Following the trailer release, the film has been trending, generating significant buzz among fans. Set to hit theaters on August 15th, the film stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles.

Sukumar, who directed the first part as well, helms both the direction and writing of ‘Pushpa 2 – The Rule’. The film’s predecessor, ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, released in 2021, had set numerous box office records.

Made with a budget ranging from 200 to 250 crores, the film grossed a whopping 375 crores at the box office. It emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of 2021. Allu Arjun received the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in this film.

‘Pushpa 2’ is being crafted with a mega budget of Rs. 500 crores, making it one of India’s most expensive films to date. This film marks a significant milestone as the biggest budget film ever made in India so far.
