Phenolex Industries Limited, along with its CSR partner, the Mukul Madhav Foundation, has announced the title sponsorship for the upcoming Differently Abled Cricket T20I Trophy 2024. The tournament, featuring England’s Physically Disabled Cricket Association (EPDCA), is scheduled to take place from January 28, 2024, to February 6, 2024. During this period, the EPDCA team will tour India and play matches supported by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DCCI).

The series, consisting of five matches, will culminate in the final, and all matches will be held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. This initiative reflects the commitment of Phenolex Industries Limited and the Mukul Madhav Foundation to support and promote differently-abled cricket, providing a platform for players with physical disabilities to showcase their talent and compete at an international level.

Ritu Prakash Chhabria, Managing Trustee & CSR Committee of the Mukul Madhav Foundation, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on the sponsorship of the Differently Abled Cricket T20I Trophy 2024. She conveyed her enthusiasm, stating, “I am excited to use this platform provided by BCCI, which aligns with our commitment to participate in meaningful initiatives.”

Ajit Venkatraman, Managing Director of Phenolex Industries, also shared his excitement, stating, “Sponsoring the Differently Abled T20I Trophy 2024 with MMF and DCCI is a matter of great pride for us. Ravikant Chauhan, Secretary-General of the Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DCCI), emphasized that this association would play a significant role in the development of physically disabled cricket in India. He expressed confidence that the series would inspire more differently-abled youth to actively participate in cricket, contributing to the growth of the sport among the physically challenged community.
