Bihar’s Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar, issued an apology on Wednesday for making derogatory comments about women. He continued by saying, “I apologize. I take my words back, and if anyone has been hurt by what I said, or if someone has felt distressed because of me, I apologize. Even if someone criticizes me for my apology, I welcome it.”
