Hollywood Actor Johnny Vector Shot Dead in Los Angeles

Hollywood actor Johnny Vector was shot dead on Saturday morning in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actor was walking on South Hope Street with his companion around 3:30 in the morning. Meanwhile, masked gunmen attempted to steal catalytic converters from his car.

According to statements from Vector’s mother and the police, the actor did not attempt to stop the thieves, and one of the robbers shot him before fleeing the scene.

After being shot, the actor was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Johnny had worked in shows like “General Hospital,” “Siberia,” and “Criminal Minds.”

Agent David Sholl confirmed the news of his death, stating, “He was very talented. Those who knew him recognized him as an exceptional person. He worked hard and never gave up. He always strived to give his best, even in his professional life. His sudden demise has shocked everyone.”

Co-Star of ‘General Hospital’ Expresses Grief

Johnny had portrayed the character of Corbin Brando in the series “General Hospital.” In this show, he played the role of Sasha’s husband, who was a drug addict. Upon hearing the news of his death, his co-star Sophia Metzler is devastated. She paid her respects by sharing photos on social media.

The actress wrote, “My heart is completely shattered… Johnny was absolutely the best. Very real and very caring. Very hardworking and humble. He spread happiness wherever he went.”
