The first match of the India-West Indies Test series is currently taking place at Windsor Park in Dominica. Ashwin reached the fourth position in terms of taking the most wickets against West Indies. He surpassed Bhagwat Chandrasekhar’s record of 65 wickets and left behind Bishan Singh Bedi (62 wickets). Ashwin has taken 65 wickets against the Caribbean team in 12 matches.

First session of the first day was dominated by Indian bowlers. In this session, West Indies lost four wickets for 68 runs. Captain Craig Braithwaite scored 20 runs, Jermaine Blackwood scored 14 runs, Roston Chase scored 2 runs, and Tejnarayan Chanderpaul scored 12 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin took two wickets. Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur each took one wicket.

Caribbean Lost 4 Wickets For 69 Runs in Second Session
