Reliance Jio continues to assert its dominance in the Indian telecom market, surpassing its competitor Airtel in net subscriber additions for the month of May. The latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) reveals that Jio added an impressive 30.4 lakh new users during this period. In comparison, Airtel managed to acquire 13.3 lakh new subscribers, lagging behind Jio’s robust growth.
Vodafone Idea, one of the major telecom operators in India, faced a significant decline in its subscriber base during the month of May 2023, as per the latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
