ACB Busts Outsourcing Scam: Deputy Mamlatdar Caught in ₹15K Lunch Bribe Case

The Deputy Mamlatdar of Ahmedabad was caught red-handed accepting a bribe of Rs. 15,000. He had demanded this amount to expedite the process of adding a name to the 7/12 extract. The bribe was solicited by the Deputy Mamlatdar through an outsourcing employee. Both individuals were apprehended by the ACB outside the office gate.

ACB Conducts Raid over Bribery Case

A complaint was filed to expedite the process of adding a name to the 7/12 extract. As a result, an investigation was conducted on Nirmalsinh Dabhi, the Deputy Mamlatdar of Sola Chavdi. After preparing a dummy entry, the complainant was asked for a bribe of Rs. 15,000. When the bribe was not given, contact was made with the ACB. A raid was conducted by the ACB in this regard.

Both Accused Caught Red-handed Accepting Bribe at the Scene

During a conversation between Nirmalsinh Dabhi, working in outsourcing, and Yogesh Patel, the complainant, outside the gate of Sola Chavdi, Patel handed over Rs. 15,000 for the bribe, leading to both accused being caught red-handed by the ACB at the scene.
