Subhash Yadav Arrested with Lalu: ₹2 Crore Seized, ED Detains after Day-Long Raids, Modi Arrested at Night

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Subhash Yadav, a close associate and sand trader of Laloo Yadav. The ED team had taken Subhash Yadav into custody at around midnight. Following the arrest, he was produced in court immediately. Later, on Sunday morning, he was released on bail from the Beur jail.

On Saturday, until 2 o’clock, Subhash Yadav was questioned at six locations regarding the illegal sand mining case. According to available information, during the raid at Danapur, he had received Rs 2 crore in cash from his house. Additionally, several property-related documents were also found. He is a director at Broadson Construction Private Limited. He is known to be close to Laloo Prasad Yadav.

Stringent security arrangements were made for the raid in Darbhanga. During this period, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) also conducted raids at the residence of Vijay Yadav, his business associate. Even before this, the Income Tax and CBI teams had raided the homes and other places associated with the sand trader Subhash Yadav several times.

They are also directors of the company.
