A young man in Bhavnagar created a dangerous spectacle by sitting on the door of a moving car, steering abandoned, and smoking a cigarette. The stunt was recorded and shared on social media with the caption, “You can’t do what we do.” This reckless act endangered his life as well as others on the road.

Police Take Swift Action to Enforce Law

Bhavnagar police, vigilant on social media platforms, tracked down the individual responsible for the viral stunt video. The Special Operations Group (SOG) identified the man as Vipul Natubhai Makwana, aged 37, a resident of Subhashnagar. The police apprehended him and initiated legal proceedings to ensure accountability.

Stunt Details: Steering Abandoned for a Showy Act

Vipul performed the stunt using his four-wheeler (vehicle number GJ 04 D 6415). While driving on a public road, he opened the door, sat on it, and uploaded the video on social media. The post included the caption, “You can’t do what we do” with the tag “Bapu.” This hazardous display not only broke traffic rules but also set a poor example for others.


Music and Comments Added to the Reckless Act

The viral video featured a background song with lyrics romanticizing recklessness:
“Few puffs up the ladder,
Circles of smoke, carefree we wander…”

The video also captured someone from the backseat commenting humorously, asking to show the steering wheel.

Following the video’s circulation, Bhavnagar police acted decisively to enforce the law. Their swift action serves as a warning against such dangerous stunts, reminding citizens of their responsibility to ensure road safety and abide by traffic laws.
