Additional Collector & 2 Others Held for Spy Camera in Anand Office

Gujarat ATS has become complainant in the matter of installing spy camera in Anand collector’s chamber. In which 3 including ATSA women additional collector Ketki Vyas have been taken to the SP office after questioning.

All Three, Including Ketaki Vyas, Confessed to the Crime

Additional Collector Ketki Vyas, Deputy Mamaldar J.D. Patel and another employee have been detained. A shocking fact has come out to trap the collector. Earlier also, the information of two girls being sent to the chamber has come to light. In the end, the collector was caught on camera in an obscene act. In the interrogation of ATS, all three, including Ketaki Vyas, have confessed to the crime.

Collector D S Gadhvi Was Suspended

Anand Collector , A video-clip against D S Gadhvi went viral. After presenting the evidence to the Chief Minister, it was ordered to suspend him immediately. Apart from this, an order was made from the Chief Minister level to form a committee under the chairmanship of a principal secretary level officer and conduct an investigation.

A Committee of Women Officers Was Formed

After the order from the Chief Minister level, an inquiry committee was formed. All women officials were included in this committee, including Additional Chief Secretary Sunyana Tomar, Principal Secretary Mamata Verma, Village Development Commissioner Manisha Chandra, Joint Secretary Bhakti Shamal and Deviben Pandya.

Anand Collector D.S. Gadhvi was shocked by the video clipping that was released in the collector’s office. The state government took the decision to suspend Gadhvi. Later his charge was handed over to Anand DDO Milind Bapana. He is a 2008 batch IAS officer. He has served in many places including Surat DDO. There was an uproar in the administrative system by suspending the collector level officer.
