Pakistan Sikh Youth Stripped And Beaten: Viral Video Sparks Outrage; BJP Demands TLP Accountability, India Urged to Take Action

During the celebration of the Baisakhi festival in Pakistan, a Sikh individual was brutally attacked, stripped naked, and beaten. Not only that, but the extremist organization Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) has also made a video of this incident, which has now gone viral on social media.

BJP leader Manjinder Sirsa has posted this video on social media (X) and demanded action from the Indian government.

In the posted video, Sirsa wrote – “A video has emerged from Pakistan in which a Sikh man was stripped naked and brutally beaten, and the video was recorded. He was wearing a turban. His pagri was removed. Then he was beaten with sticks. In the video, supporters of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) can be seen. It is reported that TLP extremists beat an innocent Sikh because he was celebrating Baisakhi.

SGPC Secretary Pratap Singh stated that this is a condemnable incident. Based on the video, SGPC will write a letter to the Pakistan government. Sikhs and minorities are not safe in Pakistan.

Sirsa said – “The silence of the Pakistan government – PM is sorrowful, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs should take action.”

Tagging Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on social media, Manjinder Sirsa wrote – “It is sad that the Pakistan government and Prime Minister Shahbaz remain silent on the atrocities against Sikh and Hindu minorities by extremists. Sirsa also tagged Vinay Kwatra, the Foreign Secretary of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs on social media and demanded that they raise these issues with the Pakistan government.

Who is TLP, accused by BJP leaders?
