Bulldozer Demolishes 3 Houses Linked to Accused Leaders in Bhopal

In a significant move, three houses associated with a BJP leader, facing accusations, were demolished by a bulldozer in Bhopal. The action was taken by the municipal corporation under the leadership of SDM Ashutosh Goswami and his team on December 5. The accused, Farukh Rain alias Binni, Aslam, Sameer alias Billu, Shahrukh, and Bilal Saiyed, allegedly attacked General Secretary Devendra Singh Thakur of the Janral Samata Mandal with a sword on December 5.

This incident comes nine days after Dr. Mohan Yadav took office as the Chief Minister. The accused reportedly attacked Devendra Singh Thakur with a sword in Japa Slum area on December 5. The Municipal Corporation team, led by SDM Ashutosh Goswami, carried out the demolition operation at the accused’s residence.

Demolition of Illegal Structures: Bhopal Municipal Corporation Takes Action Against Accused Leaders

In Bhopal, the municipal corporation, led by Enforcement Officer Prateek Garg and Manish Raj Singh, the in-charge of Habibganj Police Station, has announced the demolition of non-compliant portions of houses and illegal constructions in a crackdown operation. Over 25 corporation employees are involved in the operation, targeting unauthorized structures without proper permits.

The demolition operation started early, and within two hours, the enforcement team successfully completed the removal of illegal structures. No permissions were granted for these constructions, including other necessary clearances.

This action comes in the wake of several officials, including Devendra Singh Thakur, facing allegations. The accused Farukh Rain alias Binni, Aslam, Sameer alias Billu, Shahrukh, and Bilal Saiyed allegedly attacked General Secretary Devendra Singh Thakur of the Janral Samata Mandal with a sword on December 5. Subsequently, on December 8, the National Security Act (NSA) was invoked against one of the accused, Farukh Rain alias Binni, by Bhopal Collector Ashish Singh.

It’s worth noting that Farukh Rain has 14 cases of assault registered against him, and he is listed in the notorious records of the Habibganj Police Station. The crackdown on the accused is part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order in the region.
