The lifeless body of Hemil Mangukiya (23), who lost his life in the missile attack near Velanja in Ukraine, arrived in Delhi 25 days later on March 16. However, without clear communication from the embassy, three family members, along with his father, departed for Moscow. Upon Hemil’s body being brought to Delhi after his death, it was transported to Surat, where his father and uncle arrived from Moscow. His body was kept in the hospital’s cold room.
