Toyota Fortuner Leader Edition: Safety Features and Rivalry with MG Gloster
Toyota Kirloskar Motor today (April 22) announced the leader edition of its most popular SUV, the Toyota Fortuner, in India. The Japanese car manufacturer has introduced cosmetic enhancements and some new features with the leader edition, as part of its regular model facelift.
The Toyota Fortuner’s Leader Edition is based on its 4×2 model and comes equipped with modern features such as a wireless charger, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and auto-folding mirrors. The company has started booking it, and customers can book it by visiting its official website or dealership.
The company has not disclosed the price of the new edition so far. The regular model of the Fortuner 4×2 is priced between ₹35.93 – 38.21 lakh (ex-showroom). After adding the new features, the price of the Fortuner Leader Edition could potentially increase. It competes in the segment with the MG Gloster.
