Vivo Launches India’s First Eco-Friendly Leather Smartphone: Vivo Y200e 5G with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Processor & 50MP Camera
Chinese tech company Vivo has launched the Y200e 5G smartphone in the Indian market today. The company claims that the Vivo Y200e is the first smartphone in India to feature an Ecofiber leather finish with anti-stain coating on its back panel. The Vivo Y200e 5G smartphone is equipped with IP5X dust resistance and IPX4 water resistance ratings.
The smartphone Vivo Y200e 5G is an updated version of the Vivo Y200 5G, which was launched in October 2023 with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset. Now, the company has introduced it with the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset onboard. The starting price for the Vivo Y200e 5G is Rs. 19,999. It is available in two variants: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at Rs. 19,999, and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage priced at Rs. 20,999.
The phone comes in two color options: Black Diamond and Saffron Orange. The Vivo Y200e 5G is available for pre-order on the Vivo India website, e-commerce websites, and offline stores. Its sales will commence from February 27th.
