Expectation of Higher Results this Time

This year’s board examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 in Science and Commerce streams conducted in March were relatively straightforward. Additionally, the board’s policy change in paper evaluation, where students are awarded marks based on the answer key rather than strictly adhering to what students have written, is expected to lead to higher results. With this policy change, there is a strong likelihood of an increase in the board’s overall results this year. Alongside the expected increase in overall results, the number of students receiving A1 and A2 grades in Class 12 is also anticipated to rise. Typically, teachers have an idea each year of what the average results might be. However, this year, due to the simplicity of all papers, teachers also found themselves relaxed after evaluating the papers, creating a unique situation.
